There’s just different levels of power/speed of the individual components.
Game development will be very close between the two. Some final optimization may focus on either consoles strength. But the overall hardware and software exists under the same ideals.

The demo was designed to take advantage of PS5's SSD though
Microsoft should just run a tech demo on the Series X to show of its power
