The next villain has to be either Metal Sonic or Chaos. Because after them are straight duds.

If this movie is as successful as it's looking to be, and given how well-received Sonic x Shadow Generations was, I imagine they'll be wanting more Shadow-related material. So, Black Doom will probably show up at some point and he could probably carry a movie.

But, yeah, once you get past those three, I guess you have... Fang? Emerl? Mephiles? It's not great.

Just left the movies and caught the post credit.. I’ll wait til more have seen it to discuss but I doubt we’ll see black doom any time soon. I don’t think he’s popular enough. I can see 1 more spinoff and 2 more movies happening

I enjoyed it. Jim Carrey putting the movie on his back for the third time. He's always a treat to watch. I liked Keanu as Shadow. Just slightly more emotion from the character than what he's used to The plot was okay. I do like when they shoehorn the parents into everything, but aint no way they turned them into Mr. and Mrs. Smith lmaoooooo

shyt was a snooze fest half the time.. nothing really had time to breathe. they didn't let you rejoice in the action going on onscreen really like marvel used to do. Just a lotta "boom bap bam ok here's Jim" his dance scenes were funny af tho. some fight scenes i felt should've been longer and some soundtrack choices were basically just reference tracks instead of full on hype moments.

I'd put it on par with the second movie and the mario bros movie.. upper tier mid. they should've slowed it down a little, shyts a little too tightly paced for what they had going on imo. especially the ending.

Pacing was much better than the 2nd movie. You can really feel the love they have for the series especially in this one.

Not sure if I prefer the first or this one though.
