Having a job = bootlicker now?
Man in my last job soon as I walked in, I saw the token, effimate, gay types (at least 2-3 white guys) in the office sizing me up.
Knew I had to be proactive, introduced myself to em, they quickly warmed up to me.
Im very careful to make sure I have no enemies among the women and gays in the workplace - those are the types who will poison HR against you. It is what it is

You have to be friendly but don’t suck up.
I smile more (no teeth
) and pleasant face.Once they get to know you it’s half the battle won.
I’m wary of blatant c00ns at the office though. They scare me the most.

Most private corporate offices are not meant for black folks. It is not healthy to be stressed out 24/7.

I really see no point of working at a corporate office, having to jump many hurdles just to be a token black for these non blacks. I hope black people get together and just starting creating more jobs and giving opportunities to our people in the near future.

It's not just corporate. It's everywhere. It's the same in the blue collar world. Black employees get paid less than white employees and get smaller raises than white employees. Only Mexicans get paid less but they can hold their own nuts
