D is good right about now. They were terrible last year. Having Derwin James back makes it 10 times better. We need the D right now with the transition of James Blackman coming in. I suspect we will turn into a big time running team the first half of the season.

I'm back, nikkas. I was traveling and shyt and couldn't comment like I wanted.
A couple thoughts:
* Jimbo is soooooooo overrated as a playcaller. What the fukk was our gameplan? What was that?
* I got love for Jacques. He's from my hometown and all that, but he's gotta sit. Ride with Akers, Laborn and Rasul. For a player that runs like him you basically have to be a tackle breaking machine. You have to be a guy that doesn't go down from people slapping at your ankles and shyt, and Patrick isn't a player like that. I don't feel like this perspective is reactionary because while Patrick has had his moments -- he's never been some tackle breaking beast.
* The teams that have beat Alabama the for the most part beat them from the QB position. Just QB's putting the team on their back doe on some Greg Jennings shyt. Francois isn't that kind of player, yet. In order for us to beat 'Bama he was going to have to hit most of those plays that were open but the ball wasn't on the money.
*Special teams are terrible as usual. How is it possible we can't find a punter? How????????????????????????? I can see the difficulty in finding a kicker. You're going from kicking off a tee to kicking off the ground, but punting is essentially the same on all levels. Find a dude that can boom the ball and offer him a fukking full scholarship. And stop trying to be cute and shyt. Put some fast, electric dudes at the KR and PR and call it a day. Rasul and Laborn/Terry should be returning kicks. fukk is McFadden returning punts for? shyt is dumb.
