With jimbos past few classes our team should be good for next season with good development.

Im more concerned with the defense since kelly had us so trash the last few years.

Well until I see him arrested or charged...then. I saw neither happened last night so back to this recruiting shyt

FSU's offensive staff will go in-home with Green & Corbin

FSU is working to get Jashaun Corbin & Antoine Green back on the commit list.

Noles247 has learned that Florida State's offensive coaching staff will visit Rockledge high school teammate Antoine Green and Jashaun Corbin tonight. We expect Walt Bell, Greg Frey, Donte' Pimpleton, David Kelly and Telly Lockette to do a pair of in-home visits with the former FSU commitments.

The 'Noles staff has work to do in order to regain the commitments from these two. Jashaun Corbin is headed to Texas A&M this weekend for an official visit. Along with the Aggies, TCU is also heavily involved with Corbin. As for Green, we wrote yesterday that UNC is the perceived leader with FSU running in second. But UGA, who hosted him on a visit last weekend, is also involved.

Nearly the entire FSU staff will be at Armwood today
Big visit taking place today at Armwood high school.

Noles247 has learned that nearly the entire Florida State coaching staff will be at Armwood high school today. I'm expecting FSU assistants Walt Bell, David Kelly, Donte' Pimpleton, Telly Lockette, Raymond Woodie, Harlon Barnett and Alonzo Hampton to visit Armwood high school today.

The staff will be visiting with a trio of targets that now includes linebacker James Miller, who was offered by FSU last night. They'll also be visiting long time targets Warren Thompson and Malcolm Lamar. Thompson and Lamar have already visited FSU and we expect Miller to now as well, possibly as early as this weekend.

Check back with Noles247 later in the day for more news on how FSU's visit to Armwood went.

Florida State tight end pledge Camren McDonald reviews official
Florida State tight end pledge recaps his weekend official visit to Tallahassee

Long Beach (Calif.) Poly four-star tight end Camren McDonald committed to Florida State on Jan. 13th.

The 6-foot-4, 220-pound tight end had never seen FSU, but felt confident enough in new head coach Willie Taggartand his staff that he went ahead with the pledge.

He then made his way to Tallahassee on the weekend of Jan. 19th for his official visit. It confirmed everything he believed to be true.

"Tallahassee is a great place," McDonald told Noles247.com. "The coaches are outstanding people.

"Tre' McKitty was my host," McDonald added. "Impressed on how highly he speaks of the school."

McDonald was also impressed in his dealings with Taggart.

"Coach Taggart tries to get to know all of his players," McDonald said.

The visit also afforded the versatile offensive weapon to learn how he will be utilized in Taggart's offense. He spoke a good bit with tight ends coach Telly Lockette about that subject.

"Coach Lockette believes I will produce well in the offense," McDonald said. "Attacking the middle of the field and the perimeter in the red zone."

As for the most impressive part of the visit, McDonald shared what had a lasting impact on him.

"An opportunity for early playing time and overall support the players have from the community, the coaches and the staff," McDonald said.

McDonald was joined on the visit by his teammate, four-star wide receiver Jalen Hall. Hall has yet to make a decision and is believed to be focused on FSU and Oregon.

Is McDonald in his ear about joining him in Tallahassee?

"I'm letting him do his own thing, because I'm confident he'll be a 'Nole," McDonald said.

On Tuesday, McDonald, as well as Hall, were visited by multiple FSU assistant coaches including running backs coach Donte' Pimpleton, wide receiver coach David Kelly and Lockette.

"They told me to finish out my finals strong," McDonald said of their Tuesday visit before adding the rest of their message. "Graduate this coming Friday and begin to train for when you get here in June."

Seems like fans want Francois kicked off. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Like I said in the college football thread people always assume these guys are automatically guilty. If people had it there way Dalvin would have been kicked off the team when he was accused of dv. And we saw that ended up being bogus.
