How much time do y'all think Willie really has to win before these white people really be on some other shyt? 2 years?
I ask because I'm reading the tea leaves and they're already nitpicking: lack of diversity on the staff, this or that coach isn't FSU caliber, the S&C doesn't have the credentials/education to be the head guy here, all these guys just seem like Willie's friends and not necessarily the best coaches, no all black staff has ever won anything of note and it's been tried, we lost this or that recruit -- they must not like Willie and so on. I see all these sentiments being bandied about. I'm sure y'all see it too. Basically, they're just waiting, but the pitchfork is still in the shed.
I'm sure Willie is smart enough to know -- given the makeup of his staff -- he's not going to get the rope a white coach would.

The thing is, it's just not white people. Black people been shytting on him too from some comments I've seen and even some people I talked to. Which is really disappointing. Not saying you shytted on him, but even you wanted Pruitt over Taggart. Pruitt has no HC experience and never turned any teams around. I'm really happy Willie T has an all black staff. Too many teams have an all white staff and nobody says shyt about it. Jimbo's staff pretty much sucked ass but it was ok.
My honest assessment is Willie will do NY6 or more in his first year. Then playoffs or more in his second year. He's going to win. He's black. The most over criticized race. Some people are socially conditioned to accept white as authority or a leader on a high level. Haven't heard a lot of shyt talking from white people about Jimbo till this year. Basically when you think of Willie T. Think of Denzel in "Remember The Titans".
His staff won't be all black when he wins. I'm sure they will force some diversity on it, because when black people do anything good. Whitey and everybody else has to have a piece.
