See, this is that shyt I'm talking about and blame Michele Roberts. The whole idea of this is to create a bubble to minimize the risk of infection and she was out here calling it "incarceration."

You're either all in or just cancel the season. There is no in-between option in this situation.

Financial implications won’t mean shyt though if someone close to them catches COVID-19 and dies. The situation with KAT’s mom and the increasing case numbers in Florida likely has them hesitant.
It's actually the opposite though. Players are complaining because they want LESS restrictions while they play, MORE freedoms. It's not due to safety concerns.

Facts part of me wants the season and all contracts to be placed on hold just to see all these fake woke idiots start whining about opening it up.

Don’t they realize that if someone catches the corona, then they are more than likely out of the playoffs? It could literally swing a series or force an entire team to forfeit if they all come into contact with someone who has it.

She is one foot out the door anyways and only stayed because of the COVID-19. She won’t have to deal with the ramifications of what happens, so she could care less about having their best interest in mind.

The problem is she works for the players and represents their issues. It seems obvious that the incarceration comparison came directly from the players.

The entire country is in completely different places with this shyt right now. Just look out on the streets.

1/3 of the population doesn't give a shyt and wants to live their life even if it puts everyone around them at risk.

1/3 of the population is completely terrified of human contact like the end times are upon us

1/3 of the population is somewhere in-between.

I think it's really difficult for people on different parts of the spectrum to even understand each other right now. Some people have blown the risk way out of proportion, and other people are so used to not being told what to do that they rebel against even the most reasonable restrictions.

Bucks' Hill: Basketball 'last thought on my mind'

"I've been working every day since this all started with my body, my game and things like that, but as a whole, I can care less about basketball right now," Hill said. "That's like my last worry. That's just the game I'm blessed to play. When the ball goes up in the air, I'm ready to play, I love the competitive side of it, but that's not who I am. So, that's my last thought on my mind is basketball. I can care less what's going on. I think there's bigger issues and bigger things to tackle in life right now than a basketball game, but that's just my personal opinion."

:salute:

No Black man should have an issue with this.

Do they think racism is going to end if they cancel the season again? :dead:

Racism isn’t something that will just go away because there’s no sports for a year. We’re talking 400+ years of oppression.

If players hold out on playing for some specific tangibles, I'm 100% for that. That could be powerful.

If the season just gets canceled without anything in return then it will be useless, nothing will be gained.

Lol, Windy was talking about him on his pod too. Kyrie was adamant about being in the bubble to support his team. The point of the bubble is to have as few people as possible in it so only players who are active will be allowed in. This bozo is trying to sabotage to whole fukking idea because he isn't getting his way.

pretty much

I was at the DMV yesterday and the majority of people weren’t wearing masks even after one of the workers spoke of a situation the day before where someone came into the building sick.

Bro people were willing to risk their health and their families' health to party and bullshyt during the height of corona hysteria. So yeah I am pretty sure there are players that are more concerned with partying and p*ssy than playing, especially when most of them have no shot an winning a chip anyway.
