I haven’t followed this too closely but it seems odd the NBAPA approved the plan and now the players are pushing back. Why didn’t they push back on it last week
I've seen different things. I've seen that they voted before all the restrictions were in place, I've seen that some players were scared to voice their actual opinion about not wanting to play, I've seen that a lot of players didn't have a vote, and I've seen that union reps placed votes on behalf of players instead of the actual player.
I'm assuming the truth is probably a mix of these things but not entirely. We'll have to wait to see if the pushback leads to anything because 150 players against return to play is a very sizeable number of players. Almost half of the 22 teams
