Black panther makes the most sense he can integrate with every existing character and the ones coming out. He can introduce the fantastic four and team up with the x-men. He has the money for the avengers and has just as many connects and influence as tony stark.

Spider-Man wasn’t in the timeline cuz they don’t have his rights or even a deal agreed to with Sony. You really think they gonna let 3-4 years slip by without a Spider-Man movie?

Where did you get 3-4 years from?

The Phase 4 time line is "Black Widow" May 1st 2020 to "Black Panther 2" some time in 2022.

The time between "Homecoming" and "Far From Home" was 2 years.

So even if they had the rights, a Spider-Man movie either wouldn't be in Phase 4 since it just ended Phase 3....or it would be at the ass end of Phase 4.

Meaning....he was never going to be the face of the MCU regardless. Which is what the thread is about.

Marvel should just go full on cosmic for a while and then lead up with a full on invasion by Galactus and the Silver Surfer.

I actually think that's what they'll end up doing with Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness, WandaVision and the Eternals.

This will introduce us to House of M, Galactus, Thanos origins, Fantastic 4 and the X-Men.
