but im making a point that athleticism can get you fairly far. The u.s has athletes that dont particiapate in soccer but love the sport and played as a child ex: Chad johnson and Kobe if they never played their respective sport and played soccer at a high level dont u think they would be key players for the U.S national teamHow many african teams have won the trophy?

this is what im actually trying to sayAmerica would be able to put bigger, faster, stronger variants of our African brothers out on the field

America could have 11 lukaku's on the pitch and still get killed.
I feel like im sounding like an uncle tom lol breh african americans dominate most sports boxing, basketball, track etc
Im not saying america could never be good, im saying its a lot harder to do then people think.
If America had 11 Lukaku's on the field, it means that the NFL and NBA suddenly died, which means the billions devoted to those sports would now be diverted to making sure the 11 Lukaku's are getting the proper coaching they need
And that won't happen anytime soon
See what happens with the NFL over the next couple years, if former players are dropping like flies or somebody dies on the field the sport will be on borrowed time.
Defensive backs are basically the same size as Soccer players too.
You need a culture first breh. The same way folks love, live and breath basketball/football. Until then bring in any coach and he will not do shyt.
Fam, if somebody dies on the field of a nationally televised game, you'll be hard pressed to find any moms letting their kids play football. The culture change would happen on it's own with more and more kids playing soccer.
More kids are playing soccer but who are they playing against?
Its a bit like non americans playing basketball. Yeah the kids around your way might enjoy it and yeah you might be in a little league coached by some american dude but american kids will still be more advanced then them. That's because american children live the game, elite competition is readily available, its part of your culture, its on tv everyday making you wanna train harder etc
All that takes time.
