You see where it says 0.09? Select the little drop down button next to it.
Select all the frames, and you can slow it down as much as you want. Click on the option "other" to input your specific time.

when you first import the image you will have the option to sample every 2 frames. that means that every other frame gets thrown in the bushes, so you need to double the speed of the animation.
if it is a longer gif then sample every 3 frames and triple the speed of the animation by cutting the speed by a factor of 3.

Agreed but it also points out why The Coli is better than SOHH. Being able to embed images to teach muhfukkas something is great and so is putting up gifs in a thread.

I been trying to edit a gif, like paste a face onto the gif... but i cant seem to get different images into the frames... when i move one image to a frame it always shows up on the first frame.
