after reading abit

what ive been doing since october isnt that far off from IF :dwillhuh: i basically have fasted everyday considering i eat at specific times(convenience) at 11:30 and 6:00 which falls in the 16/8 time frame

i just dont vary any macros of the meal or focus them on workouts. Its just when i eat

But you did not come up with a fancy name for it :leostare:

The technical name for what I do is IIFYM which is basically the same deal minus the dedicated fasting time and macro fluctuation :manny:

If i didnt have class later in the evening i would probably just cook up a small meal higher in caseins and fat myself, whole milk, eggs, yogurt etc... But the casein shake does sit in my stomach pretty well. And it tastes super good, at least the syntrax does.

i might make Berkhan's protein muffins and just bring one to class to munch on during breaks tho.

Well its basically my cutting sticky except you set a daily carb/fat macro as well as protein/calorie

honestly he needed to apologize after everything. his last few posts before that were completely wack, he's been off the grid 100%, insulting people, urging people to "read his site" instead of clarifying what he's written, which is absurd given the terrible organization(or lack thereof) of his unprofessional ass blogspot. Yo I really like the LG program. I think its actually easy to get the basics down and not difficult to maintain.... But this dude's shiftiness about his nonexistent book and business got me :rudy:

the way that post sounded made it seem like he was neglecting clients too, i bet they are mad as fukk after having dropped stacks.

Dude def killed himself by getting too full of himself. I do remember him claiming he was turning clients away though. But that might have just been marketing. Say what you want but dude is smart... and more importantly shrewd.
