Yes it does work, don't look at it as a diet but as a system of eating, but remember its still boils down to calories in vs calories out (like any diet), if your eating is messed up don't expect any success

You're absolutely right, I would also point out that the two main benefits of IF to me are 1) no need to stress about breakfast or food during the day, can focus entirely on being productive and 2) you get used to the feeling of hunger, in the sense that you don't even think about it, making it much easier to stick with the diet and a caloric deficit.

Lol just saw the Hodge Twins videos on it.

It really does work though. SO much easier than that 6 meals a day SCAM. I do 2 meals and a casein shake on off days, 3 full meals on lift days.

I also found its a lot easier to eat right when I lift around lunch time rather than after dinner. I have lunch, lift around 2, have my shake + carb reup discs (aka cookies), then have a big plate of lean meat + veggies for dinner. Good money. Lost about 2lbs over the last couple of weeks doing this and I wasn't even trying to cut.

100% on point about the productive thing. That's why I do it during the school year.

I'm on that adderall so its :manny: for me.


My problem is accidentally eating past the window without thinking.
