Stop this nonsense. Apple Vision Pro is by definition a VR headset with video passthru. So is the Quest 3. It's one thing to say the Vision Pro is a better device, but it's flat out lie to say it isn't a Virtual Reality headset.

reminds me of a thread i saw on a diff. forum before the original iphone came out. People were saying why does a phone need a camera, who tf is gonna take pictures with their shytty rez phone camera when they can carry around their actual camera. We all know how that turned out.

i'm saying that the masses don't even know what they do or don't want. if the tech is good (ie smaller), and the price is reasonable, people will buy it.

just like the apple watch was viewed by the gen. public as useless before it was released, and yet, its been largely successful in terms of sales.
