So while we sit here and worry about T. Martin verdict, states are taking

I agree... how do you live your life without an ID? However, why even give CAC this first step?? CLearly they take advantage of precedent and clearly they never know when to stop. This could lead to other things.

Also these black people without IDs probably don't vote, so it wouldn't be an issue.... but most liberal Americans don't vote, most young people don't vote, most 'brown people' don't vote..... so the balance is thrown off with elections with this ID shyt. The GOP has the redneck and uninformed CAC party line voters that don't even know the issues outside of Talk radio. The dems have voter registration drives ... that includes random nikkas without ID.. trust me - I've done it. I personally registered and drove 1000's of people to the voting lines. I'm only one person. I did that so that My personal choice can have a shot at election. The CAC have their ways as well... Everyone plays these games. So this Voter ID act is just a game. It's a game that shouldn't effect shyt - but it does. Sure we should focus on other things.... but someone like Obama wouldn't have even made it to the Senate without about 25 different 'games' all working together. This is a two party system that is controlled by money and bullshyt. The bullshyt takes 'ground work' and games like this and the money and BS work together to make things happen.

so yeah, we should focus on getting out lives together- but we really should fight every battle. If this was a non issue then CAC wouldn't be fukking w it in the first place. Right from the first time White people landed in Africa, we thought " oh this trade agreement, this settlement, this and that, aren't big deals" until we ended up in chains. Why do you think CAC went through all that work, paid all that money to the media to cycle the news stories against ACORN?? They even made fake videos to push that. Everything works together. Every little piece is important.

Calling it a battle is correct, it is a battle but the thing is in terms of voting we have won the war, the fact that black people vote a higher rate than whites proves it and also the reality is that most black areas of the country have black people running it

There are issues with gerrymandering and voter suppression but those aren't the front lines of what we need to do to develop black communities

smh, yall fukkin up. This is clearly a way of moving the goalposts for certain states that decide they want to make it more difficult to register to vote. What makes yall think they won't put unreasonable prerequisites on voter I.D. cards which thoroughly disenfranchises a huge segment of the community? Some elderly people got no birth certs cuz they was born at home, this is just one small example. Why yall think they been so adamant about gettin rid of the Voting Rights Act? Why do you think they was so boosted for finally doing so? The Voting Rights Act was fought for specifically because of fukk shyt that's gonna be rampant once more, the Act that people was marching all over the south for and now those peoples protection and guarantee to vote is fukked.

shyt's real out here.....
