voter id laws are stupid and a waste of time but fighting them is not a priority for black people

making the voter id issue a priority is another example of how democrats misguide black people, voter id is way down the line of things that black people need to worry

you need an id to get a job and to open up a bank account, so the priority for black is to make sure that all black people have ids to do those things, because we need people with jobs and id to develop our community

and who are these black people without IDs, do they even exist? if they do we need to identify them so they can get slapped and get taken to the DMV ASAP

The reason Republicans are advocating for photo ID's is to disenfranchise elderly black and poor voters. The Republicans aren't dumb they now exactly what there doing. They now how the black family structure differs from the white family structure. A lot of elderly black folks live with there kids because they were never able to get a good career and they have to rely on there kids when they get older. My grandmother lived with us before she passed away and she never had her drivers license because we always took care of her. Most elderly white folks had good careers and live independently and thus always have there ID's.

well, if you're willing to take people to the DMV then get organized and get it done. don't just chill and allow laws to pass that mandate it without people having IDs

you have the right to vote regardless of whether you have a bank account. just cause you TWISM think it's not that important doesn't mean you can mass disenfranchise other citizens like this

i think that is wildly exaggerated, the vast majority of black people and black elderly have proper ID, especially if they vote

if they dont have an ID its probably because they dont vote
