If yall arent in a relationship and only casual dating, why not date other people in the mean time? Dating does not always mean sexing, to me at least. Keeping options open until you are for sure feeling someone is cool with me.

It's old-fashioned for people to have many other people they date before they talk about being exclusive. Not really a new thing. That's where the whole going steady thing comes from. Til you ask a girl to go steady then both of you are free to do whatever you want.

That's something I didn't understand at first but just cause you take a hoe out to eat and shyt and call her your girlfriend to all your boys, doesn't make it so. Unless you both actually talked about it and agreed to it.

Maybe I grew up different, but you "TALK" before you date. The talking phase is the noncommittal one you engage in. Dating is when you are not formally committed, but you are taking this one person out to see if they are worthy of long-term commitment. You aren't committed to them over the long-term, but you are committed to the extent that you aren't seeing other people.

Persoanlly, I think you can tell if a person is the type to date multiple people after a couple dates or a couple weeks. If she's always out, never at home, always on the phone, etc., then she's probably the type to date multiple people and not think anything of it. She probably doesnt value your company exclusively.....there's men like that too. Those men and women should date each other. A one woman man/woman and a person who is a serial dater are NOT compatible.
