It had potential to be a special murder mystery thriller but blew it, with the ending.

They should of had an episode focused on the coach and that school. That would have made me feel a way about the eventual criminal.

But the actual point of the show was about data and privacy. That scared me more than anything else and they did a brilliant job of that.

also I’m supposed to believe that the son who checks his phone every 5 mins conveniently stops for hours when his lil brother intercepts his messages.

With that being said this is a good show. It’s riveting. It’s way better than that Manifest trash.

Nick gets away from the criminals. And instead of calling the police or notifying his family he runs to his old cac coworker’s house in the middle of the night and confronts her? Then gets killed by her husband???

Spoiler: Kai is dumb

Kai sees an address and decides he’s gonna role up on the person with a baseball bat? Then what. Nevermind the fact that it could be a bad lead. But he gets there and can’t put two and two together and starts spilling the beans to these old cacs. Doesn’t turn on his phone or let his family know what’s up either. The whole path they took of him getting to their house was dumb but they really lost me by making him naive enough to hop in the car with them.

Yeah but that dumb move was on the the husband. The most his wife would have had to deal with would be the instigation of Sarah's suicide. A decent lawyer probably could have gotten that chucked.
