I’ll believe it when I see it. Jojo went a decade between releasing albums and therefore had a lot of free time to do what she did. Also she only remade 2 albums. Taylor Swift would have to remake 6 albums and she has a much bigger fan base to appease.

all she has to do is release one at, or close enough to, the same quality as the original to make her point. the response from fans if they get onboard, and the threat of doing the other albums, would then be enough to force a parlay.

and again, this is taylor swift. if it's petty-related fukkery i put nothing past her. she also doesn't need a decade. she just needs a lot of money; that's why i mentioned resources. taylor can get anyone who helped her make the originals back in the studio to recreate the audio... provided they're still alive and she feels like paying to do so.

and if you dont think screwing over the people who screwed her out of her masters is enough motivation for her to lock in...

I have never had such sn uneasy feeling regarding a contract stipulation.
There are many.

But this one is weird - because it's an artist going in the booth re-recording, trying to re-capture an old feeling/sound/vibe energy....that will never be the same.
