I don't have a good "before" pic, but this is where I'm at now. 270, started way back at 470+ lbs. I feel good, work a lot of hours on my feet, but I need to get back to the program.

Been eating like a pig again. Lawd, this is hard to keep going :francis:

THAT'S WHAT I DID IN JAPAN IN THE 70'S WHEN I HAD A WEIGHT ISSUE, DUDE!

I finally have space in my room. Now I gotta start this after having the DVDs for years. What's the best routine for fat burning?

Just follow the schedule, but start with the week that begins with Red Hot Core and Fat Burner. I did find that I lost quite a bit of weight if I did some cardio immediately after yoga, so maybe try to run, play ball or do some push-ups after the yoga?

I'll try to get a jog with exercises in. If not I'll do the bike, or ball on the days I can.

Been :flabbynsick: since X-Mas. Luckily I haven't gained more than 5 pounds.

Home ddp yoga is cardio!

It's probably less intense than your regular yoga tbh. I can't find anything besides his Fat burner and Below the Belt videos online, but check your pm anyways and see if it works for you
