I don't have a good "before" pic, but this is where I'm at now. 270, started way back at 470+ lbs. I feel good, work a lot of hours on my feet, but I need to get back to the program.

Been eating like a pig again. Lawd, this is hard to keep going :francis:

So I started 3 weeks ago, but didn't do shyt week 2. I noticed my posture is better and I'm not getting much back discomfort at work (I stand all day). I'm only doing 1 workout a day for 5-6 days a week. I'm trying to lose weight so I gotta change my diet. I already stopped drinking juices, so that's a start. Next is to stop eating cereal (even tho it's the "healthy" kind), and I gotta cut out the bread.

Yoga is supposedly great for your back. That's really why Trish started that studio..but when she started doing it 05, she didn't eat enough. Lost her ass as Mickie was looking super stacked by 06.

Started back on this since it’s the only cardio I can do that’ll keep my heart rate up. I’m still recovering from an ankle injury, so I’m doing this and mixing in some exercises.

Only doing 1 session a day, but ima try to add in another one after I keep up consistency.

I could go out for a jog, but if I roll my ankle I’ll do more damage. Rather not chance it, especially on the shytty sidewalks.

Just attempted Diamond Dozen.

And I say cotdamn. I'm surprised at the level of resistance.

This could become a daily routine for waking up. :leon:
