How do u cook your foodSo I started 3 weeks ago, but didn't do shyt week 2. I noticed my posture is better and I'm not getting much back discomfort at work (I stand all day). I'm only doing 1 workout a day for 5-6 days a week. I'm trying to lose weight so I gotta change my diet. I already stopped drinking juices, so that's a start. Next is to stop eating cereal (even tho it's the "healthy" kind), and I gotta cut out the bread.
