The GOP doesn't have that. They have a organized, mobile and well-funded dark money apparatus. Only something like 33% of the population has a degree. It's not about education ALONE. A high school graduates vote is worth exactly the same as a doctors. But a doctor's political contributions and influence can FAR outweigh the other.

I get your point, but the education and involvement only comes from having a well-funded and influential series of PACs that are dedicated to the issue of the black community. You don't GET people to care, you MAKE people care.

Think about all of the environmental protections being removed, corporate protections being installed. They already snuck a tax increase in last term… worker rights, osha, epa, civil service jobs gone. Divorce laws, child bearing… law enforcement, the list is endless.
