Blade was the shyt. I think he could still be the shyt if Wesley was willing to Defy the Laws of The Flabby & The Sick. Blade is still a popular character and has a Strong Fanbase for the Movies as far as I've heard. I remember 1 & 2 being Great but 3 being a little much with all those Cameos however, no reason to ditch that Franchise.

We will see what roles he's getting after the Expendables 3 comes out. To see if the blackball is still in full effect.
They edited some of the behind the scenes stuff with Snipes, but like I said they barely mention him from what I remember. I'll have to check them again. I haven't watched them since I bought them 2 year ago.
Blade 2 was pretty much a WWE Paid Per View. Remember Wesley making entrances like the Undertaker and performing superplexes and elbow drops of the top rope
Jeff Ward fight choreographer/stunt coordinator said they wanted all the fights to be different. He said it would be too easy for Blade to just use his sword so they wanted to come up with something people wouldn't expect. Snipes commented saying that some people thought WWE stuff was corny in the commentary track.

they cut a scene I remember from the first one where frost finishes up on the computer and gets in bed with sanaa lathan and they start fukking, I remember seeing it on the vhs i think or the theatrical cut, yeah i was lucky enough to catch both the first films in the theatre, i remember when trinity came out and there was literally nothing else good in the theatres, i read all the sh1t about how bad they did trinity so i stayed away untill most recently i just felt like watching a wesley snipes flick i hadnt seen where hes kicking ass

I listened to the new commentary track with Del Toro on the Blu Ray. He's keeping it real on that very informative. He talks about how he thinks Wesley is one of best actors that can do comedy, action, drama, and misses him not seeing him doing movies anymore. He also talks about how he really wanted to do Blade 3 but he was tied up doing another project and a lot of the stuff that didn't make into his version of Blade 3 was in his books called the Strain.
So my message to Del Toro if you really feel that way about Snipes why don't you put him into some of your movies then? Take that risk like Antoine Fuqua and Sly are doing.
