Do you know how much howard misses out on? Hell, most schools dont even have actual "official events" like that. A lot of the money is made by people having side ventures and events that siphon money off of what the main institution is doing.

I was the head organizer for my University's homecoming when I was in college. Trust, homecomings are BIG money makers, wayyy more than you're probably thinking.. Especially a school like Howard. I never said they relied on it. You just made it seem like focusing on homecoming was frivolous nikka shyt. I'm just pointing out how you are horribly wrong on that point considering ticket sales + donations + corporate sponsorships given at that time.

Howard's main problem is money mismanagement as with any major HBCU (minus their hospital). Fix that and they are good. Gov may crack down, but they will always have students willing to flow tuition money in. Maybe that's why I'm not concerned in the least bit.
