but what I'm really getting out of it is that the trump administration wants to have unprecedented oversight over hbcus possibly cutting out anything that they may deem "offensive" ideology, which will affect many black organizations, notwithstanding the curriculum, and are implying there desire for hbcu's to start exploring more avenues in private funding because they want to ween them off federal dollars.

and if the hbcu's don't comply, that's it with their federal dollars.
