I have 3 good friends of mine who are gonna help me buy some land in Ivory Coast and in Senegal. The Senegal one is probably gonna happen first because i trust the 2 brehs that will help me there more than i trust my homie from Ivory Coast. Not that he'd steal from me but dude tends to be funny with money matters.

My plan is to rent whatever property I own here and live off that money over there when the time is right. Being that the house I bought is in an area that's gentrifying and the cost of rent in the area is twice my mortgage already I just gotta hang in there for another 5 or so years. I' also gotta do something about my dad's lands in Haiti. First gotta get through the obstacle of splitting that shyt with my evil ass sister

I loved in Mexico for a while. OP made a reference to there being AA community on the West Coast, but on the Caribbean side (Cancun,Tulum ,Playa del Carmen) there's a growing AA community too. There's even a soul food spot. Warm)hot weather of course. Spanish not necessary,but it helps.
