Most countries do not have the perverse culture of corporate greed that exists in America.
All countries with Universal Healthcare have heavy regulation that is readily enforced by the federal government and if Private Insurance does exist - it plays a very minor role.
Neither of those features are present in what Joe Biden is proposing.

Not only do most countries lack the perverse culture of corporate greed here, but that idea of individualism which deprives societies of neccessary goods and trusts that can benefit it in crises like the coronavirus pandemic.
It's funny how we're just watching American Exceptionalism fail exceptionally to the point we've been locked out and shunned by the rest of the world in the past 3 and a half years since Trump's election...but people will still defend this as it cause our nation to go from a failed state to an authoritarian one.
