I'm beginning to think that these companies only pandering for our money instead of being genuine and actually want change for us.
They are pandering but I don't mind as long as we get tangibles like the Kentucky free healthcare and Sephora 15% thing. But posting or any amount of money to organizations is disrespectful. If you not breaking black folks off with MONEY. Then it's fukk them pandering cac fakkits.

These companies do not think black lives in corporate positions matter
For example, you have Jeff Bezos showing emails from customers not happy about BLM, yet months ago there was a leaked Amazon memo showing plans to smear a fired black employee
Not to mention amazon also sold it's facial recognition software to police departments
A lot of these companies hiring practices and treatment of black people are suspect. Not to mention, they also donated to trump and others in the republican party

I’m more interested to see what percentage of their employees are black (not ‘People Of Color’) and how many of them are in high positions. Too many of you are happy with cosmetic acknowledgment. It’s easy to virtue signal but have a homogeneously white environment.
