Literally none of these companies care about BLM. It's the hot topic right now, so theyre using this opportunity to market and pander to black people/ liberal non black people. Chances are most of these companies have turned down requests to spread awareness and invest in ideas from black people.

They don't want word to spread around from current or former employees so they're getting ahead of it all.
