If Developers really want to combat gamestop best way would be to price the DD games cheaper just like steam(which i think they will). If DD is priced cheaper and tied to your accounts its a wrap for gamestop.

These people are sick. This is going to hurt the gaming industry. They cant see how these used sales help their companies. If a friend plays a used game and gets faith in a dev because the product is so quality he may not want to wait for a used price to play a sequel or another game from that company. I guess they dont factor in those kind of purchases.

The sh!t that bothered me the most was having to be connected to the internet to have my machine function. I'll probably be good with Steam anyway.

I doubt it would be like that though. it would probably be more like Steam where you have to be online to activate the game, and then after that it's 'tied' to your machine, and you don't need to be online
