Edit: The Wizards have won a championship before as the Bullets. So now the answers are the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Milwaukee Bucks.

texans sure aint take long to turn it around, i'm sure 9-10 years of focus by any franchise could get the job done in the nfl

in the nba, where there's always gonna be 4-6 contenders, it becomes difficult to find your own superstars, have a winning record, take out one of the contenders, become a new contender, win an nba final

and the mlb, so few fukkin teams have gotten in the playoffs, you could have a discussion which baseball teams will never have even ALDS/NLDS success?

somehow tho, every few years one or two teams will have a dream baseball season like the rockies just had (i won't say orioles cause we ain't win the series and we will be back :birdman:)

Cleveland, pick a team.

The first team that came to my mind though were the Jacksonville Jaguars.

I want to say Charlotte Bobcats but that franchise is too young to write off. I would have wrote the Vancouver/Memphis Grizzlies off at the same point in their franchise, but they're legitimate title contenders now. :manny:

I can't fathom the Clippers - even as nice as they are now - winning a championship though. Just can't imagine it.
