These nikkas was in here lying through their teeth. And the fact still remains, the Saints went 13 and fukking 3 last year, the Skins were 5 and 11. For a rookie QB to come and lead a team with a 140 QB rating, and 300+ yds in his first ever game against a team that went 13-3 the previous year on the ROAD, is something to be damned proud about.

To be the leader at the helm of a team that puts 40 points, something the Skins havent done in 7 years and have only done once in the last decade+. For the rookie to come in and outplay a first-ballot HOF in his stadium is something to relish about. All of this in his FIRST ever game.

Dude had poise, stood in the pocket strong, took hits and still delivered the pass. Didnt stare down receivers, made quick and decisive decisions. I honestly do not recall him making a "rookie mistake" once in that game (well he almost threw that one pick but idk if that pass was a rookie mistake technically).

The play that really sold me was on that 25 yd pass to Santana Moss, dude could have easily ran for the 1st down but instead trusted himself and threw it for an even bigger play. All this and we still havent even seen him really use the other threat (running) that he possess. As a Skins fan, call me over-reactionary but I aint been proud about a talent like this in all my years of watching football.
