Hold up... Is Kanter a bum?

And honestly, is a 1st round pick in the 20s saddled with a Ryan Anderson contract better than Kanter?

I'm hearing Kanter was off the bench playing solid and avg 14 ppg and is only 25.

I'm just upset Hernangomez might have a reduction in minutes.

Edit: His defense is suspect I'm reading. Damn.

hes not a bum
its not unnecessary to pick him up since we already have 3 (4 if you count noah) other bigs
he will be gone by next year
so will that dougie guy
shytty trade

again, mills had the opportunity to mend things with melo after phil got fired
instead, he honored the same energy that phil created with the anti melo shyt

not saying we still shouldnt have traded him, but if perry, mills, and horn said the same things about melo earlier on, that they did in fridays press conference,
it would of be much easier to trade him and get value back.

:wow:If we can get rid of him in year 2 of his contract along with Kanter.

I’m not a fan of him. Not at all.

Kanter's offensive game is filthy. His defense is absolutely horrendous. But he's also a good rebounder. He's a useful player but completely redundant with Willy and he's older on a pretty big contract. The good news is he'll either be off the books or become the type of expiring contract that you can use in deals.

Lee, KOQ and Lance should all be dealt by the trade deadline. They're solid players on good contracts that playoff teams could make use of and their minutes could be given to all the youth we've got. This squad could really wind up with a top pick in this loaded draft to pair with KP and the rest of these young cats. Yall know I'm high on Ntilikina's potential too. He's another truly unique type of player that opens up a lot of different options to build with and this draft has a really nice cast of intriguing players that could slot in with 'em. I get the sense from the reactions I've seen that most fans are pretty comfortable with the idea of a real rebuild, but I'm nervous how the reaction will be when the actual losing starts. That said, Philadelphia had a promising young team and their fans had no problems with the tank besides wanting more minutes for Embiid. I think it'll be similar with us, especially when they watch a starting five that has a bunch of kids that love the game and have a load of potential.
