Brought Snoop back to Snoop Lion territory with "Fire"

As of this time, not through with the album yet just getting to the Eminem and 50 song. Safe to say '7 Dayz of Funk' is still Snoop's second best album

I mean this is whatever....i guess hip hop is only really experiencing for the first time legends in their 50s and 60s making music...this is what most music by old mfs sound like....mid and inoffensive. Although some late-RZA era level awful hooks on this shyt. Every once in a while a guy like Bob Dylan or Gil Scott-Heron will drop some dope shyt late in their career but it's a rarity. And for guys like Dre and Snoop who are probably got yes men surrounding them, then they're never gonna get back to the essence of what made them nice back in the day.

I think our problem is putting too much expectations on OGs like this. It ain't supposed to be good. When Paul McCartney drops another album most people accept it's gonna be some mid and keep it moving :yeshrug:

I’m really fuking pisssed cause all the fans want is the SOUND back. We know they are not doing hood shyt anymore but at least bring that Doggystyle/Chronic/Chronic 2001 SOUND back just one time for the fans! Keep the lyrics the same but JUST GIVE US SOME DOPE BEATS! Is that too fking much to ask for? I like two songs out of 16 on this album. I like Snoop albums that did without Dre better than this!

The Compton album have better production than this.
