Why the fukk don't 'White' people understand racism???

I'm calling it how I see it...i have no horse in this race...i go on freerepublic and they want to paint Trayvon like some sort of gang banger who murders puppies....its disgusting
and you guys can't see fukking logic if it hit you with a 2x4 straight to the head
not everything is racism...only race factor here is that in Zimmerman's eyes Trayvon fit the description of the robber...
Again both of these guys used judgement that wasn't good...Zimmerman thought he was Batman and Trayvon snuck the guy without realizing the danger he put himself in by doing that
At worse if he doesn't sneak Zimmerman he gets some questions by Zimmerman Trayvon tells him he is walking home the police come they search him unlawfully most likely find the skittles and tell him to go home or drive him to his house
the world is unaware of the existence of those two if either side just didn't make those decisions

and ive seen this type of situation play out tons of time on the street... one guy hits up anther party says whats up or what u looking at.. other guy checks him.. guy gets overwhelmed and gun or knife comes out as the equalizer... NOW IF THE PERSON SAYING WHAT YOUR LOOKING AT HAD A GUN OR KNIFE IN THEIR HAND THE OTHER PERSON WOULD HAVE TO STAND DOWN AND PROB DOESNT ENGAGE HIM CAUSE YOU KNOW THE RULE.. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>FISTS V. This is where you guys are not seeing the logic and seem to fail to understand law and are going purely on emotion
There is no proof of the confrontation only Zimmerman's account of the story and some witnesses who were far away who saw Trayvon on top of Zimmerman
Officially the only story we have is that Trayvon threw the first punch and the prosecution couldn't conjure up any evidence to the contrary...the way the law works is zimmerman doesn't have to prove that Trayvon threw the first punch the prosecution has to disprove Zimmerman's account and they failed to do so
so as an unbiased observer or if I was a juror i would have no fukking choice but to conclude that Trayvon threw the first punch

i think george made his gun known to trayvon, trayvon felt it was a life or death situation, they struggled for control of the gun, tray eventually got on top, zimillimeter eventually was able to point the gun at tray's chest and fired.
i dont believe any scenario that has zimillemeter in a ground and pound position, being able to pull a gun from a holster on his pelvis while being straddled by somebody whose legs should be obstructing access to his gun, and then being able to move it to the front of the person pounding him to shoot him in the chest.
i dont think he set out to kill that night, but i do think the gun gave him courage to try to be some kind of a hero, and he made a tragic lapse in judgement menacing the public with a gun at night.

And he is dead now, obviously his life was in danger when he was approached by Zimmerman.

this is a n example of "keeping it real goes wrong"..
had zimmerman done this to someone lets say martins dad ... martins dad prob says hey i live in apt 200 keep it moving or im callin da cops... REAL SIMPLE...
people here act as if zimmerman was some dude jus walking around.. HIS JOB OR DUTY WAS THE FUKKIN NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH... its was his directive to look for suspicious stuff..
yeah fukked up martin to him look suspicous but fact was martin was new there and didnt reconginze him...

ive also seen and heard of plenty of road rage incidents where "get out of the car" is being yelled and when that person gets out with a gun its a wrap...
And if your dead, the only story would be mine and I would claim you took the first swing which made me fearful of my life.
But then again i would have to be white to use that defense.
You know who else thought they were good guys, the guys that lynched blacks in the 1800's. Just because Zimmerman thought he was a good guy doesn't mean he was and doesn't mean it was any sought of justification for what he did.
That's not how the law works though. If your gonna claim self defense the burden of proof is on you.
What your saying here is that the prosecution has to prove a negative. That's impossible. You can never prove beyond a reasonable doubt that something DID NOT happen.

You think??? Dude were you there? Thats not how you can decide a case if you were a juror, you don't imagine scenarios as if you were writing story.
Why didn't the prosecution have some sort of fight expert or actually have 2 people display how "impossible" getting your gun out would be? Because its just how YOU think it's impossible to pull out a gun under those circumstances it doesn't make it impossible and i doubt you have actually did an experiment to see if you can take your gun out of your holster under those circumstances.

that gun holster from you back is SUCH NOT A STRECH... ive also seen ppl pull exactoknifes from their pocket as they were gettin beat down ground an pound style... all it takes is half a sec of no punching for that gun weapon to come out...
