In 5 months, nothing hes done has went viral, and he only has around 10 videos to do over 100,000 videos.

It's dumb to judge a show on virality. 9.9/10 shyt that goes viral is the dumb hot takes. Which is why debate shyt is trash now. That poster your responding to clearly said Key is better on his pod and has a laid back style. What does virality have anything to do with that?

Because its a direct effect of why this thread was made. Hate him, Love him, or indifferent; Skip is a legend at this format. For the current show to be a total failure and often dip below 50,000 viewers ( a number that would get any show canceled even in the youtube clip era), theres a reason beyond “He should have never let Shannon Go”.

Say what you want about ‘Virality’, but noteworthy clips bring engagement and even eyeballs to your product. All of that was lost with the addition of Key as full time co-host. In fact the show didnt even have a twitter/youtube presence pre- Paul Pierce.

this aint "my man". idgaf about skip being fired, he deserves it for how he did shannon. Also virality isnt a direct efect of why this thread was made. The only reason this thread was made is the show wasnt getting real viewers since shannon left and Skip controls too much shyt to ever change the format(90% cowboys/lebron) to improve the show.

you typed all that and still didnt address the point in my post. Goin viral has nothin to do with a host being good or not. Your rebuttal "he dont go viral" to the poster saying Key is better in a laid back format was dumb as hell. If your only metric on if a show/host is good or not as a viewer is "well he not going viral, then it's not good", then that is dumb. Only Fox and it's employees should care about if shyt goes viral and that takes a backseat to ratings.

Bomani was a good host with good talking points, never went viral.
Lebatard and crew are a good show, never goes viral.
Max Kellerman was a good host, rarely went viral(he only went viral when he dumbed his shyt down and did the hot take shyt).

I've had ppl on here say shannon isnt good on First take because he doesnt go viral like he did on undisputed. Posters like that must never watch the show and consume shyt on their timelines.

So your just an idiot deflect when your argument is failing. Good to know. No personal issues with Skip, I've even defended him on here a couple times.
Just say you judge the quality of a show based on virality and whats on your timeline. That's why you only responded to that part of my post.
