Forget about the Sixers. It's a dumpster fire organization. The whole process thing was a joke cause Hinkie couldn't draft well with his draft assets. Then Collangelo's goofy ass continued making even worse moves.

Embiid played 450 games so far which is about 5 and a half season amount of games. And made ridiculous amount of money. He'll probably still play some games but I don't expect much from him anymore. Someone like Ralph Sampson was done after 4 great seasons when injuries started piling up.

Massively overpaying Paul George was a desperation move by Morey. He split up with James Harden and was determined to prove that he could sign another all-star to the team. Sixers are stuck now and Morey will probably never get another GM gig.

Like for real this whole sixers "the process" thing was like a basketball karma for losing games on purpose.

They did some of the most shameless tanking under Hinkie and eventually all they did was build the loser culture no matter who had the keys to run that franchise.

Bad trades, bad drafting, bad free agent signing, bad coach signing. Rivers was inept and Nick Nurse was a nobody who got carried to championship by phenomenal Kawhi performance.

Sixers are prime example that shameless tanking may not get you anywhere at all in long term.
