Is it time for the Sixers to move on from Embiid and build around a core of Maxey/McCain?

Suggested they get rid of Embiid because of 15 games from an undersized rookie is wild to me

As a Knicks fan, please do this lol,

embiid is 30 injury prone and its only going to get worse as he ages, his prime is done, has never been farther than the second round as well

embiid was always a clown since entering the league but it got overlooked. i think his personality was refreshing for 6ers fans after tanking for several years so they were ok with his bad diet and constantly starting the season out of shape.

this guy is a goofy :snoop:

Slippery slope.

You trade Embiid you send the message to the rest of the players that your franchise isn't trustworthy to join when even the guy that won MVP for your franchise can get traded.

At the same time you know that with each year Embiid wears down even further. He's got no durability.

Players know this nikka made of glass. 6ers have given him all one could expect and more over the last decade. That said, you dont hold on to a depreciating asset in hopes that some potential future FA may be moved by your loyalty.

Yeah imo none of that is a reason to kick him to the curb for someone who we've seen play for a month. He was still very dominant last year. But like I said, I hope the Sixers do it.

Embiid was hurt in college, most of his pro career and is carrying around way too much weight. He's not going to age well.
