Embiid is a Sam & Cat superfan; he's been untrade-able

Embiid is gonna go down as maybe the greatest "what if" of his era. There was a 6-year stretch he was unbelievable, and at his very peak, while I never thought he was better than Giannis or Jokic, he certainly was arguably the next greatest player after them...

The man's career started, and will end, with injuries, and his failure to be great in the playoffs is also a looming part of his legacy...

He'll be 31 in a few weeks and I'd be SHOCKED if he ever returns to Top 5, or even consistent Top 10, form. He tantalized us with an awesome prime but he fell short of what many thought he could be...

Disappointing. Time to blow this shyt up to smithereens and restart the process...

Not really. Dude always got injured or ran out of gas in the playoffs. It was very predictable what would happen to him once he reached the playoffs.

Who is a bigger what if in his era, though? Anyone you could name, I could say the same things, list reasons why it's predictable they ended up how they did...

None of those guys were as great a player as Embiid at his best, though...

I think Paul George is a bigger “what if” after that injury he got playing on Team USA in 2014. He had just lead the Pacers to the ECF and was ascending to becoming a top NBA playoff performer. Pre-injury Paul George should more flashes of being a top playoff performer that Embiid has not.

I got a feeling Sixers want Embiid to get surgery. Next season when he has a great 20-25 stretch, they will use that as an opportunity to trade him

He’s not in the what if category for me. His career just got hurt by constant injuries, similar to Kawhi. We got to see the peak version of both

Take a break, young sir. You are an Olympic champion. No one can take that away from you.

REAL world champion:wow:
That's right! And remember the game with France was close. Had he joined french, the americans would've lost. Embiid literally gave Team USA gold medal with the decision:gladbron:

And he played well against jokic who's NBA champ. Embiid is my NBA champ. fukk the haters. :salute:

:mjlol:
