It is way past time for us to stop leading the league each and every year on these stats.

How about returning to our 1960 rates which were around 80 percent of Black children born to two, married parents?

That would place us currently on par with Asian-American families in terms of family and community cohesion.

in 1969/1970 the rate for black women was 23% of kids born out of wedlock and close to 60% was married

fast forward today and 75% of black kids are born out of wedlock and only 25% of black women are married

People like to cop pleas like "where's the blame for the men" when the childless rate among black women vs. childless rate among black men clearly shows there's a much smaller circle of dudes driving this than women joining them in the BS.

My cousin got pregnant w/ a dude who had 2 or 3 BMs before her, then wants to act shocked when he doesn't do shyt or come through. I can only listen to her talk about it while I'm like on the inside. She's struggling to stay middle class now when her parents were comfortably middle class. And now her son is going to be in the same position. Single handedly about to have that part of the fam fall off into lower middle class status because of poor choice in men. Me and some other male cousins were talking to her about who she wants her son to be and she was like "I want him to grow up to be the man who, honestly, I wouldn't be interested in." We were just like .

With a population of 320 million, 10 million families are single parent families and let's assume an average of 3 kids per family. That's 40 million people living in single-family situations.

But that also indicates that the majority of families are two parent families. So, it's okay.... for now.

To be honest this is how we win & women are not gona like it.

We would have to return back to the family dynamic of the black man being sole provider and BW taking care of the kids. Then, you would need to figure out an economic system to cycle money throughout the community. It would be a slow but positive process.

Many of our children don't have a father in the home to combat these destructive images so they adopt them as role models. Why weren't the men in the home?
