Why?
How have the number of white people changed? If that is shrinking too, it might just be a cultural thing. Immigrants seem to have larger families and all live in the same household more often than most americans

They made it nearly impossible for our African and Caribbean cousins to immigrate here unless they had a degree in a STEM sector.
Combine that with other factors we’ve dealt with over the last 400 years and it’s led to this slow growth and/or distrust of the government to complete the census.

Undercounted because the aren't including immigrants/"tethers".

The biggest reason is American black people have no country to get "reinforcements" from like all other races. Even the people from Sub Saharan Africa will delineate themselves by their country or tribe and not skin color. We are alone in the world.

Asian - that includes everything from Pakistanis to Filipinos. Not a very meaningful designation as each individual Asian group is still quite small
Latinos - they're already in the Americas...just moved north. 99% of Hispanics that immigrate, come to the U.S.
Blacks - Africans immigrate everywhere. Hell you got Nigerians in South Africa...not to mention all over Europe and even Australia, Asia and America. That's partly why our numbers don't grow here like Latinos. African immigrants are often polyglots and can speak/learn numerous languages. They can immigrate anywhere. Most Latino immigrants speak Spanish and that's it. They can't just hop over to France or Ireland like an African breh.

Population demos are tricky business. I think we are bigger than our numbers what the census indicates, but not by a great deal. The way people define race is evolving in the US. You could be a "quadroon" and still considered black for most of the US history. Now we have biracial, black and non-black Hispanic, and other dynamics like legalized abortion which coincides with the immigration act as well as illegal immigration who don't have our same alignment of what race is for black people in the US.
I think we're around 15%, rather than the 12-13% the census has consistently shown us at.

So based on these numbers close to 30% of abortions are Non Black and Non White. meaning asian and latino. And yet their populations have doubled and tripled. An 8% difference in abortions is not going to account for these drastic of differences in population growth versus stagnation.Black women will suffer the most without Roe

Yes basically FBA's and white americans live in america in all industrialized countries the population starts declining.
