Yeah..I don't want to pigeonhold Nigerians cause I truly don't know any personally like that but I've hada negative experience with a whitewashed Nigerian sister myself in college....It all occured when I walked into the tutoring lab to study for an upcoming Algebra test...Being pro black I asked the 1st African looking brother in their was he a tutor..When he said no I stepped to some black sister sitting with a whiteboy....Immediately she cops in attitude and says she want help me and tells the whiteboy to do it...I'm like what the hell wrong with this bish but sense it didn't make a difference I started studying with the whiteboy until he said he had to leave for class 15 or so minutes in and asked her to the Nigerian chick to take over for him..Reluctantly she agreed...While over going the course work I noticed she had an accent which I thought may have been Carribean...Being curious I asked about her background and pointed out her foreign accen't...She revealed she was Nigerian and that I sounded country...So to lighten a sort of tense mood I asked what yall do back in the Motherland for a living heard goats? Angrily she accused me of looking like a drug dealer and shortly their after left..I don't know whether this sister had past negative experiences with AAs or just took on the views of us of the cacs she hung with but all the hostility was uncalled for...I'm a Pan Africanist brother whom was only trying to connect with a sister from the Motherland and learn about the ancestral orign of my ancestors...I was more amused than uspet though..And this is not to bash Africans cause I met a non hostile African brother from Ghana that same semester and have met a couple of AA Aunt Jimamas at the same school whom were just as c00nish.

Yeah I know all can't be that way..but I think some African(including Nigerians) feel they have to assimilate into mainstream culte and take on white people's viewpoints(includes hating/distancing themselves from AAs) to make it...There is Nigerian televison pastor whom preaches at one of the more popular AA/black churches in my area so I know there are Nigerians I've witnessed the bondng of Nigerians/AAs too which offsets that one negative experience.

I haven't been yet, but I heard in Africa they love black Americans. They fukks with us heavy out there supposedly.

BTW...I just want to add not all my limited experiences with African queens directly from the Motherland have been as hostile...Infact the most recent was positive if unfullfilling..About a year ago while spotting this darkn-lovely Bria Myles looking looking sister walking in the mall.. So I started to pursue then engaged in small talk with her when I noticed her African accent...Though she was playing hard to get and acting downright goofy(telling me she's from Asia when I inquired about her country of origin,etc) at the same time she was also very warm and cordial...Eventually I lost interest though cause she kept playing/refusing to give me straight answers to my questions and I wasn't gonna look thirsty following this chick from store to store.
