Terrell Davis was the best offensive player on a B2B championship team, and has playoff records that hasn't been and likely won't be broken due to the passing game becoming the foundation of NFL play.

You're not the only one but to you and the others y'all gotta stop using TD to try and make Sterling's case a slam dunk. And no I'm not saying Sterling shouldn't be in.
Davis also had an mvp which counts for a lot
Especially as an RB

Sterling was done 4-5 years before I started watching the NFL so I missed his whole career.

With his numbers for the short amount of time he played along with his achievements? I’ll say yes.

You gotta also take account into how short the average the NFL career is which is 3-4 years and he exceeded that.

I remember him beastng and feasting, but only for a short window of time. But just like Terrell "TD" Davis the small sample that we got, if extrapolated over maybe 5 more yrs they are absolutely HOF's. I ain't mad he got in. But I'm glad my favorite TE got in on a 1st ballot......Mr. Antonio Gates, I saw his whole career and even after that "souped" up SD Chargers run from 04-09, he kinda became the only saving grace for that team. Oh and by the way, did you know he played nothing but basketball in college? If you don't just go and watch any Chargers game during his rise and into his prime, their gonna let you know that tidbit after every catch

Next fringe receiver that may need to be reviewed is Torrey ****. Not saying he deserves to be in but I sort of use him as the litmus test. You have better stats than likely should be in.

the thing is you dont even have to extrapolate. if you do something over whatever lets say the span of 3-5 seasons that noone else has done in your era or only a a few have done in history then youre a hall of famer in my book though obviously we can still debate and nitpick over where the bar is set.

first south carolina gamecock in the pro hof, and well deserved.
