Unpopular opinion but Lost early seasons were way better than GOT earlier seasons

Seasons 1-3 and 5 are pretty good to me. Season 4 is mediocre, and 6 is trash. I’d say it’s still worth watching.

I've never watched Game of Thrones past the first season but LOST was magical. Despite it's failures and shortcomings it's still one of the most amazing shows I've even watched. I question if another show will ever truly capture just what LOST was. To me it's like The Wire. Many shows will try to copy it's magic after the fact but few ever will succeed. LOST has had a lot of clones and they've all failed.

but so much great TV has spawned since then idk if I'd bother going back and re-watching it.
Admittedly, me and a lot of brehs in here are bitter due to how basura the show becomes later on
