Think its possible that Lan Di becomes an ally in the grand scheme of things and fights alongside Ryo?

It's almost a given that new gamers and critics will be put off by the slow pace, and antiquated mechanics.

Personally I think the game will flop. Yakuza is a better series IMO. Shenmue is getting hype with nostalgia goggles on.

It's all good saying there's three more volumes to finish the story of but if this shyt flops (which is looking increasingly likely) there won't be another game.

You can only ride the nostalgia wave for so long. If this ain't a success Sony aren't gonna fund another game and they won't come close to the crowd funding success after the first attempt.

I hope it's a success. I loved the first two games but this is some pretty niche shyt so they should just be focusing on one game at a time.
