Dones tic violence is higher on the black community because of economic deprivation. We often take the discrimination and oppression that we face on the daily on this society out on one another. The domestic violence rate for black male victims is also much higher than other races of men. Black men are killed by their domestic partners at much higher rates as well. The shyt goes both ways.

Btw... Only reported crimes (domestic violence) can create stats. It's simple, but we continue to ignore it, I hate to be the bearer of bad news and I don't want to come off as a black woman basher but black women love playing the police game. If you get into an argument and she calls her white daddy on you, if he doesn't shoot you in the back, your ass is going to jail for domestic violence.
Even if she drops the charges, the state will pick them up if you're a black man and you will plea if you're not in the financial position to fight and end up on probation instead of doing a year in jail.

I stick by my word. If someone slams your head against a car door and you have the ability to leave yet choose to stay you are an idiot. Yeah it's not easy to leave, but to continue to stay knowing tomorrow can be your last doesn't deserve any sympathy.
Except for the fact that most here aren't gauging the problem from reported stats we're gauging them by the number of MURDERS as a result of domestic violence. Something that takes all of the "bias" that you discuss out of the equation.
