I actually welcome this show. Its not gonna be a favorite of mine but I appreciate the sillyness and I think its kind of cool the show exists itself...we've always had silly comics like she hulk, deadpool, booster gold, etc...not too many tv / live action.

I just wish the CGI for She Hulk herself was better

As if the only time a female character can be 'strong' is when she's looking/behaving like a man in something made largely for men.

She-Hullk isn't just a show with a female lead, it was described as Alley Mcbeal with Marvel characters before it came out. As in, the show was largely made by a woman with the intention of appealing to women. Now if that means you don't like it and feel like it's not for you, say so and skip it.

But all this bytching and moaning about twerking, femininsm and comedy in the MCU, like this isn't the comic/show tailor made for that shyt is a bit extra. Everything in the show is on brand and probably one of the closer on screen adpatations they've done.

WandaVision is one of the most unique television experiences I've ever had, I kinda mourn that because we probably won't see something like that for a good while. I also really fukked with Eternals for the same reason.

A lot of people criticized Marvel for being too safe and cookie cutter and soon as they started breaking some of those patterns people started acting like the sky was falling and begging for a return to normalcy lol, variety is good and this show, for it's flaws is certainly different and much more like a TV show than an extended movie.

The new female characters in the most recent Terminator movie were hated on viciously. Sarah Connor got a pass because she has a history of being a beloved character.

Most of the examples you gave were older franchises but there has been a cultural shift in the past 10 years or so.

One of your examples was Jessica Jones and that show got a lot of undue hate when it was released. It's just not as talked about now.

Game of Thrones had strong women but most those women also got naked on screen. Incel type men will excuse strong women in a franchise if they are also sex objects.
