The Truth
This is the reality for most “normal” people who try to bulk up by eating 4,000 plus calories.

Professional athletes are the exception because they burn calories all day. But we see what happens when you they retire

You keep saying dumb shyt

No shyt if you stop working out eating 6000 calories a day you will get fat.

It’s a fukking bulk/cycle.. you eat more when you try to gain or burning/active. If you keep eating and not bulking/burning you will get fat.

Most athletes stop working out AS MUCH but might have bad habit of eating a lot. Some actually do cut back on calorie intake and are still active. Some get injured and eat more out of depression. Most of their metabolisms slow down, etc.

The average person trying to bulk don’t have to worry about none of that shyt because they’re not professional athletes eating like that in spurts for decades. They’re only eating a lot in their cycle to gain and are supposed to come back down in the next cycle to cut and be normal. And then it’s about how clean you eat to get your calories.

Once you complete the cycle you cut then go back to eating normal until you want to bulk or cut again

sounds like excuses

It's easy because I've done it. Dude said in the video, even if you don't feel like eating you eat. It's what people do when you're trying to put on mass

Natty or not, you guys know that you still actually have to do the hardest part right.... LIFT:comeon:

lifting is the easy part :mjlol:

Diet is the hardest part lol

It really is. How long does it take? 45 mins? You can get results just doing squats, bench press, deadlift and chin-ups.

The most important part is nutrition and rest.

Difference is athletes aren't going around saying "all you need to do is train hard and eat, and you too can have a body like mine " like actors and the instagram fitness scene. Essentially selling pipe dreams to people who dont work out because it isnt that simple

We need to give credit where credit is due. Regardless of whether it's roids or not. Because at the end of the day you have to do the work to get the results!

People try to discredit as of there is some short cut. There ain't no shortcuts!

If you use roids, you have to lift hard. If you dont use roids you have to lift and exercise tough in a way to have a better physique than average Joe's. If you want to gain weight or mass, you have to eat! If you want to gain weight or mass and not look flabby, you have to lift and eat!

nikkas complaining about eating 6000 calories. That shyt is tough especially on chicken breast and broccoli. It's completely different if you just want to eat 3 McDonald's value meals a day.

I guarantee you if you were paid $25,000 to eat 6000 calories a day for 3 months the people complainin about how hard it is could eat 3+4 McDonald's value meals with large cokes a day and and collect the check with ease. Tell them to eat clean chicken breasts, broccoli, spinach, green beans, oatmeal, etc, then you'll hear 25,000 excuses.

I have tons of respect for people who eat clean, workout and get results, I have a modicum of respect for those who use performance enhancers to assist them in meeting their goals because either way you have to do the hard work.

You don't just take steroids, sit on the couch and eat McDonald's and pizza Hut 3-4 times a day and get results. And that's what people want. That's what they are doing when they aren't getting results and complain and make excuses about people who have results .there ain't no shortcuts.

Roid users squatting 600lbs and benching 300+ lbs and people like "he cheated!" Like its easier or some shyt.

No it don't. You have to do the work. If your ass is too p*ssy to go to the gym 3-6 times a week and lift for 20-60 mins at the least, then just like people who buy muscle milk, hydroxycut, all then shyts you see on the commercials, force factor, fat burners, testosterone boosters, and other supplements, lipozene and slim fast, then youre just wasting time, you will not get results. You can't just take roids and not do work.

At the end of the day people want shortcuts. There's a reason companies market to dummies. What's that shyt holly Robinson Peete and her football husband promote? "I can still eat whatever I want and I dropped 20lbs and 4 pants sizes, without changing my diet or daily routine (I.e working out)".

It's pure bullshyt. Ain't no miracles, ain't no pill, powder, injection, drug that is a replacement or supplement for time and work.

You still have to do the job, but for numerous reasons the job will be easier for the person on steroids.

interviewer: if you eat 6 or 7 times a day, you will get big?

Alistar: you will get big, no doubt :birdman:

Known roid user. I love the guy no homo been watching him fight for the longest time.

He's right though you got to eat to get big. My thing is he talks about how much sushi he eats .

People will swear "you should only eat about 6 servings of fish to avoid mercury poisoning."

:mjlol: now I've known people that have eaten more fish than that for decades. So either the people who are pushing that narrative are lying or mercury poisoning ain't as bad as everyone thinks.

Big facts, you can't change the way you look without changing the way you eat. That is a MUST.

Obviously you still have to be going hard in the gym but nutrition and diet is the hardest part. I've been going to the gym consistently since about June of last year and I'm still trying to perfect my diet to its best it can be. And I def got bigger compared to when I wasn't going to the gym and I improved my diet, and once you eat clean and you hitting the gym hard, you feel like god :wow:

It's not easier.

For instance if you can only lift a 30 lbs dumbbell 6-8 times for 5 sets before your arms are done, Then you start juicing, that load may feel easier however to obtain the same amount of effort or pump you may increase the weight by 5-10lbs or add more sets.

so?

if i was getting paid millions for a role....i'd go on a cycle....for a few months

another thing....roids/hgh arent 'magic' serums

to get the desired effect you STILL have to diet and work out.....you not just sitting around sticking needles in your thigh
Another thing folks dont realize is that you also have to work out MORE than usual to get the desired effect. They enable you to do so too. Yeah, you can get still get some quick gains on em working out normally but youll hit a brick wall if you dont go hard on em.
