Cats always gotta come in these threads screaming the actor took roids to bulk up :hhh:

Duh nikka! NFL players take roids too but yall ain't in their threads looking at the highlights like "But he took roids, that's why he did that!!"

It's a given anyone being paid millions to look good or perform takes shortcuts. That doesn't take away from his explanation on how he bulked up quickly.

Difference is athletes aren't going around saying "all you need to do is train hard and eat, and you too can have a body like mine " like actors and the instagram fitness scene. Essentially selling pipe dreams to people who dont work out because it isnt that simple

It’s easy to say just eat when your not sitting in front of your plate, 3/4 thru it and already full to the brim to the point where you want to puke :francis:

You’re not working out hard enough. I was this way until I pushed myself to the limit every day. Your body will need that fuel. Push it to E!

I think both of you guys are seeing red and ignoring what I actually wrote which was that some of these hollywood guys are taking shortcuts/cheating.

You can write straw man points about "you still have to train"

You can also act like you're educating me about how and why these drugs allow a person to bypass their natural limits, but nobody who has read my posts in fitness threads (or who searches those posts now) would believe that.

Thanks anyway.

Hollywood and Steroids: When A-List Actors Go the A-Rod Route

i have personal experience with the shyt breh....i saw your post i quoted it....it wasnt personal....apparently i hurt your feelings....sorry:mjgrin:

take your midol...its not that serious

my point is that a lot of people think roids/gear is a magic pill.....

from comments i see on here....a lot of cats think this

i personally experimented with the shyt....i know you still have to diet....and get it in in the gym :yeshrug:

I remember reading reading about Russell Wilson being on some 6000 calorie diet. I can't imagine eating that much, but then again I'm not an athlete.

I’m good with my 3500 +\- and a leaner frame :francis: tried the bulk life in college and shortly after. Just felt too heavy, started getting hurt playing ball, and ending up ballooning and getting titties after being rail thin all my life up to that point.

Finally got back on a leaner diet, cut the weight, and felt a lot healthier and athletic again. My body/joints just not built to carry too much extra

This is the reality for most “normal” people who try to bulk up by eating 4,000 plus calories.

Professional athletes are the exception because they burn calories all day. But we see what happens when you they retire

Its the reality for anybody

If your body frame can’t handle the intake then slim down

We’re just talking about gaining, dude should’ve been cut his diet but got hurt and ate even more/shyttier because he got into the habit. Stopped working out and got fat.. and there could’ve been multiple reasons why he got hurt...

There’s a reason why its called cycling when trying to gain. You build muscle then you go back to your normal calorie intake :snoop:

Like i said in the post above, there’s a reason why it’s called cycling. You’re supposed to go back to a lower calorie intake (and if you were eating shytty during your bulk you most likely will keep eating shytty period)

And it’s probably your body type. You work out for your sport and it probably wasn’t practical for your sport/body. Glad you recognized this..

Also, your body has to get use to the new weight gain afterwards. You can’t just jump in doing the same shyt 20lbs heavier. You have to work out for your sport

People just trying to gain and don’t do any sport shouldn’t have to actually worry about this
