Rock probably eats 6000-8000 calories a day when trying to gain

Some are, still doesn't stop you from eating. Roids have more to do with recovering from workouts and feeling better, not eating and putting on size.

I don't know of any steroid user that would JUST do steroids. Thats a copout as well

But yet Africans and some AA's in here still don't believe it
You don't know shyt about steroids :mjlol:

You can eat as much as you want, you can only NATURALLY put on so much muscle especially after your "newbie gains" like they mentioned in the video.

Millions of dollars are on the line for these actors to look like superheroes, OF COURSE they are on steroids!

Even Tom Harding who played Bane in Batman publicly admitted he used steroids to get big for the role.

Michael B Jordan, christian bale, henry cavill, Ben affleck, jason momoa, etc.

You sound like one of those people who say the Rock is natural and not on steroids :mjlol:

Eating 4000 calories is a lot easier when you’re having the entirety of your meals planned and prepared by a dietician and a chef, and the meals are being split up appropriately. And you’re getting paid to work out with a trainer two hours a day.

For the average person, it’s a lot more difficult, and immensely more time consuming.

I remember reading reading about Russell Wilson being on some 6000 calorie diet. I can't imagine eating that much, but then again I'm not an athlete.
It's probably bullshyt.

A lot of times they say this just to hype up an athletes name/brand.

Go look at the recent nfl combine draft story of that dude that was supposedly 1.6% body fat.. which is impossible. He would die let alone not be able to even perform at the NFL level at such body fat levels.

We need to give credit where credit is due. Regardless of whether it's roids or not. Because at the end of the day you have to do the work to get the results!

People try to discredit as of there is some short cut. There ain't no shortcuts!

If you use roids, you have to lift hard. If you dont use roids you have to lift and exercise tough in a way to have a better physique than average Joe's. If you want to gain weight or mass, you have to eat! If you want to gain weight or mass and not look flabby, you have to lift and eat!

nikkas complaining about eating 6000 calories. That shyt is tough especially on chicken breast and broccoli. It's completely different if you just want to eat 3 McDonald's value meals a day.

I guarantee you if you were paid $25,000 to eat 6000 calories a day for 3 months the people complainin about how hard it is could eat 3+4 McDonald's value meals with large cokes a day and and collect the check with ease. Tell them to eat clean chicken breasts, broccoli, spinach, green beans, oatmeal, etc, then you'll hear 25,000 excuses.

I have tons of respect for people who eat clean, workout and get results, I have a modicum of respect for those who use performance enhancers to assist them in meeting their goals because either way you have to do the hard work.

You don't just take steroids, sit on the couch and eat McDonald's and pizza Hut 3-4 times a day and get results. And that's what people want. That's what they are doing when they aren't getting results and complain and make excuses about people who have results .there ain't no shortcuts.

Roid users squatting 600lbs and benching 300+ lbs and people like "he cheated!" Like its easier or some shyt.
Not true actually.

A lot of y'all don't know shyt about steroids.

I don't know shyt either but I know more than most of y'all apparently. You can find plenty of fitness models and influencers who vlog themselves eating like straight shyt. processed food, junk, etc and they remain lean throughout the year. Why? Because they not only take fat burning steroids but steroids to keep muscle on their bodies.

And NO ONE in this thread said you can achieve an amazing physique by not working out and eating like straight garbage. NO ONE said you don't have to work hard.

But STEROIDS is the difference in the equation here. You can bust your azz day in and day out, have a strict diet but you will still be limited by what's naturally possible.

Steroids will have you go over that hump BY FAR.

The biggest struggle of working out is getting sore/pushing through your body recovering. When people wake up and can't move and decide to pass on the gym that day, that's what's holding them back.

The #1 thing steroids do is help your body recover.

Steroids make getting in shape easier.
After a couple months of lifting consistently you don't get sore like that anymore.

I can go and do a high volume chest workout right now and I won't even feel it unless I purposely stretch my chest too. Plus I always switch up my workouts every couple of months to get that soreness and confuse my body.

:yeshrug: do what ever works for you. I don't care about none of that.

I seen plenty of black brehs esp Africans who eat nothing but non processed African cassava based foods, drink water and get big.

Nothing special they literally eat and lift.

He is wearing a muscle suit...it has already been established.....

Also if a dude weighs 200 lbs naturally then gaining weight is no issue

Caloric intake should be based around the individuals BMR/RMR and total expenditure. There should be a surplus but giving out general numbers like that is idiotic.

Chrononutrition doesn't mean shyt if you eating like a pig and training for an hour 5 times a week to justify it.

The process by which you build muscle and fat are inseparable.

If you want to train like powerlifters and bodybuilders than you better use Anabolics and run PCT like them too.

The Truth

Looking for your point...

Zach Levi doesn't look like he lift. OP is a fakkit.
I’m pretty sure if I’m a fakkit, every male in your family is less than a fakkit and would get knocked out and pissed on mexi-cac

And you do fakkit?

You take them?

I know nikkas who took them, actually WORKED at gym with nikkas taking them, was offered them, had nikkas on deployments taking them, etc., and I have actually been backed in this very thread by nikkas who have done similar if not more.

This thread isn’t even about steroids but like a cac, it seems to be your favorite topic sounding like a bodybuilding.com type fakkit that never did shyt, played sports, etc.

I know wtf you can and can’t do naturally bytch nikka, this thread isn’t about getting to your fukking peak naturally, it’s about eating and lifting to get bigger for you herbs that think otherwise.

No shyt they take steroids fakkit, when did i say they didn’t? I specifically said they do and it doesn’t matter dummy, you still have to take in calories and eat. You think steroids just magically make muscle???:mjlol:

I don’t give a fukk what Tom Hardy did... again, i never said these noggas dont take steroids. Learn to comprehend basic shyt

Again fakkit, at what point did I say celebrities don’t take steroids. I said idgaf because you still have to eat. What kinda grown ass man that has ever done shyt in life can’t understand that:mindblown:
